Our dresses run true to size,
If dresses are standard size, we will put them into dummy to check before sending, only dresses fit dummy well, then we can send them well;
For custom size dresses, each dresses will be checked at least 4 times by 4 different workers before sending, we can control error less than 0.5”
So don’t worry about measurement, there are seam allowance in both side of dresses, it could be 3” taken in or out if measurement provided is not accurate.
There are no extra cost to do custom size and color here.

All of the dresses are sent out directly from our warehouse. The dresses may be marked with some stains and mark cause in the process of tailoring. You could wash these stains and marks out by washing cleaner.

Then, you could choose the same or similarity style shown on our website. These suggestions will help you to choose your favorite style suitable for your own figure feature.

Before you sign for the package, please kindly check the package firstly. If there is any broken or damaged problem about the package, please kindly refused to sign for it. You can make claim to express company to get compensation. Thanks.

Due to agreements with the dress designers, we make the dresses strictly according to the pictures shown on our website. However, for certain dresses, we can add spaghetti straps or remove the train. For adding spaghetti straps or removing a dress train, please confirm with our professional representatives first before you place your order. You can choose to chat online or email us.

Total Delivery Time = Processing/Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Ready-made items usually take less than 72 hours to process before shipping. However, made-to-order items require additional production time, which differs from category to category. Shipping time for different countries/regions may also vary.
